Applications are now open for the new edition of the BIAAF – Bilbao International Fashion Design Competition, an international contest dedicated to supporting and promoting emerging young fashion designers from around the world.

BIAAF works to position Bilbao as an international hub for creativity and innovation in fashion. Each edition of the competition offers participants a unique platform to showcase their work, engage with industry professionals, and benefit from mentorship and meaningful visibility.

The competition features two categories:

• Fashion Design
• Accessory Design

Each category awards a prize of up to €10,000, along with guidance and support throughout the selection process.

• Eligibility: Students and designers aged 18 to 35, applying individually or as a team.
• Registration period: October 1 – December 15
• Deadline for project submission: March 13
